From the late 90s until 2008, «Granit» played in the second division. The debut season in the Premier League turned out to be very good: 10th place. However, the next year there was an unexpectedly sharp drop, although the roster was still full of experienced players. After four seasons in the first league, «Granit» once again earned promotion to the top division, where in the 2015 the club reached it's biggest achievment and won 5th place. However, the team from the southern region of Belarus fell into a crisis in following season which led to another relegation to the First League (D2).
